SEMCO is headed by its Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), Mr. Gregory Andrews. Mr. Andrews has over 35
years of financial/executive management experience and worked for an international investment banking firm buying, financing and operating infrastructure assets. As a Divisional CEO of Macquarie’s publicly traded infrastructure fund, Greg built a successful nationwide service company with operations in twenty states. Greg spent several years as Operating Partner for a regional private equity group. Mr. Andrews is credited with developing one of the largest PV solar projects in Africa while CEO of SEMCO.
Greg graduated Boston College with a BS in Accounting and obtained his MBA from the University of California – Los Angeles. Mr. Andrews is a Certified Public Accountant and holds several security
licenses.

Mark has CFO experience with both public and private companies. Mark brings both finance and operational experience having served as Chief Operating Officer for Okinis, Inc., as specialty finance company operating in 20 states. Mark has served as CFO for several private equity portfolio companies during his 35 years in financial management. As partner for Decagon Partners, LLC, Mark has provided a wide range of advisory services to small and mid-sized companies in the Southeast. Mr. Gagne has a BS in Accounting from the University of Vermont and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Cliff has over thirty years of experience and skills in international and community-based program development, humanitarian aid, and emphasizing self-reliance and self-sustainability, capacity building and job creation. Cliff has led the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of International and Community Development programs around the world, including the procurement of Goods-In-Kind. Cliff has implemented many agricultural projects, fresh water, sanitation, housing, basic needs and medical programs.

Curtis has worked on over dozen projects and takes pride in driving the best solutions for SEMCO’s
customers. Whether it is solar, waste to energy or a stand-alone battery storage solution, Curtis finds a
way to say yes. Curtis has a degree in bio-medical engineering form the University of Southern California
and a masters in linguistics from California State – Long Beach.
